Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can track your item.
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia and United Kingdom only. For all other destinations you can click here to purchase and deliver via Amazon.com.
We will automatically calculate your shipping rates and they will be displayed at checkout. Your chosen currency can be selected and displayed on the cart page.
We offer simple flat rate shipping, our prices are as follows:
NZ - $4 NZD
Australia $5 NZD
UK - $8 NZD
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
